Google Pixel foldable may feature smaller cover display, expected to launch later this year

New Delhi: Google expected to launch its first foldable smartphone this year. likely to be called google pixel foldOf course, the company is said to launch the smartphone by the end of this year. Now a new leak has surfaced online, in which some information has been revealed about the company’s upcoming foldable smartphone.
According to a display industry analyst, Ross Young’s upcoming foldable smartphone will feature a smaller cover display than the Galaxy Fold 4. ratio.
The tipster further revealed that Google’s foldable smartphone is expected to be powered by the company’s own custom-made Tensor chipset. The smartphone is also said to drop the 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor, which was used by the tech giant in the Pixel 6 series. Instead of a Samsung sensor, the foldable Google smartphone is likely to feature a 12.2MP Sony IMX363 sensor, which should also be included in the Google Pixel 6a. The Google Pixel Fold is also said to be equipped with a 12MP Sony IMX386 ultra-wide camera and an 8MP Sony IMX355s front-facing camera.
Apart from the specifications, the leak also revealed that the foldable Google smartphone could launch in Q4, 2022.
Google Pixel Fold: Expected Specifications
It is expected that Google can launch its foldable Pixel smartphone with a 7.6-inch inward folding display. The design of the smartphone is said to be similar to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3.
It is also expected to run the latest Android 12 operating system which was unveiled by the company at its annual developer conference this year.
